  • Maybe the following could prove useful:

1.'FutureFun' - A small room, whose walls have posters of bestsellers. Has a computer, wending machine and biscuits. Users can predict the bestsellers for next week and the winners get gift vouchers that they can redeem on amazon.com
    2.Mind'Maze' - Brainstorming/Training room. Has a white board over a yellow wall
3.'Amaze' - The ideas room. Circular. Informal seating spaces. The wall pasted by a yellow poster, over which people can write/paste their creative work, etc. Introduce the concept of 'WLOG' - 'writing on the wall' (a la 'blog' on the web)
    4.'Crossword' calendar on everyone's desk
5.Tiling of the logo on cafeteria's floor
6.'Glasshouse' - Library with glass doors and walls, the entrance door etched with the logo
7.Coffee mugs - black mugs with yellow logo
    8.Yellow desks

...the use of logo may conflict with branding guidelines, so one may have to rethink on that. However, if the guidelines are not rigid, one can use the logo on direction boards too (specially because the logo resembles and arrow pointer). White boards, forest green serif font for the text and the logo for showing direction.

    ...shall come up with more...

  • Also, this may be a good idea: At the reception, put up a large poster of the layout of the building in the form of a forest (a la the great amazon forest) and mention the locations of departments/meeting rooms/etc.
